What taxes are charged on my purchase?

​Sales Tax will be charged as per county, state or federal government rules & guidelines. Rules and rates change quite frequently.

​We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). If you prefer to pay using PayPal, feel free to use that method. Our website is secure so you can have peace of mind when you shop.

What currency are your prices?

​All prices quoted on this website are in USD. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned and agreed by us, final total for purchase is payable in USD.

Where do you ship?

​We ship within contiguous USA and to all province in Canada (standard shipping). We use USPS First class package service for shipping all of our product. If you are interested in expedited shipping or want to use any other courier service, please contact us. Any extra charges due to such change is payable by the customer.

What are your Shipping charges? What is your standard delivery time?

​We ship anywhere in contiguous US for free for orders over $49. Charges for Hawaii & Alaska is based on actual charges by USPS. If customer needs overnight or expedited shipping, actual charges will be payable by customer. We will provide you tracking number once available. For orders less than $49, shipping charge of $6.99 per order applies.

We ship to all province and territories in Canada via USPS standard at subsidized shipping charge of $24.99 for all orders over $99. Shipping charge of $39.99 applies for orders under $99. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times anywhere in Canada as shipment could be potentially held by customs and additional duties may be levied. These extra duties, clearing charges or additional expense need to be paid by the customer. We cannot be held liable for any such expense or delivery delays.

Unfortunately, we do not ship anywhere outside contiguous US or Canada at this time.

How do I track my order?

​Automated email with tracking number will be sent once your order is shipped. All orders are sent by USPS standard and shipping times as defined by USPS & updated by them apply. If you have paid for expedited shipping, shipping times as defined by the carrier will apply.

What is your return policy?

​We check all our products when we receive them and & re-check them before shipping out. Returns will be honored only where product is defective. However, we need to be informed (with pictures) within 48 hours of you receiving the product. Please contact us to know further steps.

Returns are not entertained for special or custom order, or for items that are altered or re-sized to fit your body size.

Based on our sole discretion, partial refunds may be granted in certain situations. We also have the sole right to determine the percentage of amount of the original purchase that will be refunded for such items. Illustrative list of situations where partial refunds may be granted:

• Items with obvious signs of use.
• Any item that is not in its original condition.
• Any item where we were not informed within 48 hours after delivery.
• Any item that was purchased during a sale event or with a discount code.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for your returned item getting lost in mail.

What is Pricing error?

​We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, even after you've received the order confirmation or shipping notice from us. We will refund you if you are charged for such orders.

Care Instructions for Silk Saree

Tips to take care of your Silk Sarees –

• Best stored in a cool place, away from sunlight, dust and moisture.
• Avoid spraying perfume on the saree to prevent stain.
• Always keep your silk saree in a cotton/muslin cloth. Naphthalene balls or any kind of chemicals should not be kept with or around the saree.
• Keep the front weaving part of the saree inside while folding to prevent damage.
• Handwoven Silk sarees should only be dry-cleaned when necessary.
• If you need to iron, it is advisable to keep a soft cotton cloth on top of your silk sarees.
• For long period in between uses - take out your saree, open it, refold, and then store again every six months.
